Stockholm November 20, 2010 2010-11-20 NSIC success in Nanjing continues and Phase 1 is now filled to 90%
The success with NSIC continues and customers are now occupying almost 90% of all available space. There are only some few workshop areas and office left to rent out within the NSIC Campus area. Howver, new customers that cannot find suitable space within the NSIC campus area can be accomodated in nearby areas. ”We can now see a trend that companies that did not want, or had the possibility, to establish a business in China during the global financial crisis are now coming back and are interested in China again” says Ulf Malmerberg, President of NSIC. Nanjing with its good location just about an hour from Shanghai is a very interesting alternative for many companies. The cost level is lower and there is a good supply of skilled and educated personnel.
