Anders Torstensson, Chairman of the Board Anders Torstensson, born 1956 is a Swedish citizen. He holds a Master of Science from Linköping University. Anders joined the Ericsson Group 1980 and became global head of the Mobile Data Division 1990. Anders was appointed CEO of Ericsson Mobile Phones with location in USA 1993. He joined Brightpoint 1998 as head of its Europe, Middle East and African business. Brightpoint is a leading equipment and service provider for the wireless telecommunication industry. He rejoins the Ericsson Group year 2000 and became global head of its Mobile Phone GSM Division. Anders joined Microcell Oy as CEO 2002, a start up company providing mobile phones on an ODM basis to well known brands in the industry. The company grow from zero to 230 MEUR in 3 years and the company was successfully merged with Flextronics in 2004. Anders is the main owner of Mankato Investments AG in Switzerland, which was founded 2004. |

Lars Lindqvist, Member of the Board Lars Lindqvist, born 1957 is a Swedish citizen. He holds a Master of Finance at Uppsala University. Lars joined the Ericsson Group 1982 and worked as a manager responsible for consolidation of the group’s balance sheet and he actively participated in implementation of a new financial reporting system at the corporate finance department. Lars became a business unit controller at Ericsson Information System 1986 and he was directly involved in the divestment of the whole business to Nokia 1991. He became business area controller of Ericsson Radio System, American standard 1991. Besides a responsibility of consolidation of the business areas finances he actively participated in customer financing and negotiations. Lars was appointed CFO of Ericsson Mobile Phones one of three business areas in Ericsson with a turnover of 5 billion USD and with own subsidiaries in over 20 countries. He was also responsible of the IS/IT function and a key driver to implement a new business model. He worked in this position from 1995 till 2002. Lars joined Microcell Oy 2002 as CFO responsible of finance HR and IS/IT and he secured operational funding of 60 million USD in this fast growing business. He served in this position until 2005 and has then worked as CFO of Mankato Investments AG. |

Göran Larsson, Member of the Board Göran Larsson, born 1944, MSc Pol Sci, is a Swedish citizen. Mr Larsson is also Chairman of the Board of Danir AB, Bertegruppen AB, Byggfast AB and Hestrahandsken AB and Board Member of Epsilon AB, Sigma AB and Studentlitteratur AB. Mr Larsson has a background from Executive Director positions in Swedish commercial banks and has among other things established Provinsbanken in Sweden. He was for several years a member and chairman of the former Sigma Group’s Board. |
