NSIC consists of 140 000 sqm industrial land in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park. Phase 1 includes 3 office and industrial buildings for a total of 26 000 sqm. NSIC is planning to build a total of 110 000 sqm office and industrial buildings in coming expansions. A Swedish owned project management company is used to in order to secure European standard of building quality. |
